We've also partnered with TenantCloud to give residents an online platform to report maintenance issues and give us a headstart on fixing anything that comes up fast.
Accounting
Once you sign up, we will give you access to an Owner Portal that allows you to monitor rent payments, pay bills online, and receive monthly disbursements without having to worry about waiting for physical checks to arrive in the mail. Transparency is key to running a real estate business, and we'll give you the tools you need to succeed.
Leasing
Finding good tenants is critical to effective property management. We have leased thousands of apartments in our careers, and know how to screen applicants to find easygoing, qualified tenants. We can handle all marketing, showings, paperwork, and coordinate move-ins. We're also happy to handle any repairs between tenants and can recommend cost-effective upgrades that can increase your monthly cashflow.
We charge a flat fee of 8% of the gross rental income for management
